Be motivated and energised during a one hour full body workout within a small group under the instruction of a Personal Trainer.  The group personal training classes are designed into two classes, “Sweat it Out” and “Tone it Up” and, as the name suggests, every session is totally diverse making each class even more enjoyable, demanding and rewarding.

Each session has an ever changing mix of cardiovascular and resistance training that caters for every fitness level. Our class sizes are limited, allowing for greater encouragement and support to each participant.
