So you have been able to defy the gravity pull during your 20’s, but now you have turned the big 3-0, things a little different these days. You notice that there is that “sag” in places there shouldn’t be, maybe your waist line is getting tighter and tighter in order to pull on our jeans, or maybe even your bathers are too tight to feel comfortable to go to the beach in.
Well, there is an answer, and forgive me if you get offended by this… But you need to DO something about it and change what you are doing right now. Not in 5 minutes time either, because 5 minutes will turn into 5 days, which will then turn into 5 weeks, which will then turn into 5 months and from there, well you get the picture…
The time is now whilst you still have the chance and are not dictated by your health, your size or your motivation (or lack of). Things will change for the better if you just make small changes in your lifestyle habits and when you combine a few small changes, they add up to a large change overall.
In our 20’s, we never took much interest in what our health was, c’mon, admit it, think back to your uni days… Yes, that’s right, late nights, partying 4 days a week, and if you were lucky, travelling overseas around the globe. I know that our health was pretty much the last thing on our minds.
Now, back to the present, we have turned 30, and we may have settled down, married even, and have children. So its been 10 or so years since you have worked out at the gym or played a team sport at your local club, and you realise that things are catching up, you feel sluggish, or unmotivated (all the time) or even depressed about how you look. They clothes don’t fit you like they used to and your doctor actually suggests that you need to do something about this.
This is the scenario I want to have you try to avoid, it’s not something to scare you, its reality, and I have seen it too many times. If you think you are heading down this path, or if you are in this situation, it isn’t too late to help. We are all about ‘tweaking’ your daily lifestyle habits, so by the end you would have made a significant change to your life all for the better.
