What exactly is Liberty Fitness?

Hi, my name is Steve Rogers, owner of Liberty Fitness in Moonee Ponds and I am so excited to share this information with you because it literally change my life, and ever since I started giving this information and teaching people the concept behind the Liberty Fitness Liberation System, their lives have been changed as well.

A few years ago I was snowboarding in Canada and had a terrible fall on a double black run which in turn left me with a dislocated shoulder, broken scapular and a few other broken bones. This left me with months of rehab work and ultimately, left me with no exercise or physical work to do for months. During this time, I piled on close to 20kg’s and noticed my waistline bulging over my normally fitted jean line. After several months of suffering this I knew I had to change my ways. Once my shoulder had started to heal, I started at the gym and found that by performing certain exercise routines coupled with other performance based functional movements, I was getting back into my jeans with ease and was soon fitter than what I was like before I had the snowboarding accident!

I then adapted this type of training so that anyone can use this method regardless of their fitness abilities. It is combining various training methods together to get the most out of each client and to help everyone achieve their own individual goals.
